as Momentum 2024 drew near, our team was deeply focused, following five months of meticulous planning. this event was designed as a pivotal moment for DocuSign customers to experience a reimagined brand, a new platform, and the evolution of DocuSign.

on the day of the event, attendees entered a space defined by light, transparency, and texture. they were greeted by the three pillars of DocuSign’s new platform: Create, Commit, and Manage. within each pillar, a series of product demos allowed customers to explore and interact with the latest innovations. the expo stage featured live technical demos and panel discussions, while sponsored booths and lounges provided opportunities for customers to connect with integration partners and network.

as the day progressed, the setting sun cast a warm glow over the Hudson River, filling the 6th-floor venue. with drinks in hand, attendees raved about the event, knowing that the brand had been represented with clarity and impact.

our task


Brand launches are pivotal, especially to internal audiences that provide the wave of energy behind a brand’s public hard launch. We needed to build multiple spaces to host DocuSign’s best and brightest and immerse them in the company’s new brand identity.

solution


we designed and built multipurpose spaces in a blank slate venue, filled with comfortable seating to connect, interactive digital displays, dynamic lighting and signage to highlight the brand’s fresh color palette, and keynote stage with larger than life digital displays, all in a floor plan designed for the most efficient crowd flow possible.

attendees were able to make the most of each dedicated space with seamless transition into a keynote presentation and conversation with Reese Witherspoon. everyone left full of purpose and excitement about the brand’s new visual identity and goals for 2025 and beyond.
