You’ll be playing a supporting role on a range of projects, assisting our core team with design development and project execution. You’ll take direction from lead designers and experience directors but have plenty of opportunities to contribute your ideas and expertise. You will also get to work across disciplines, from architectural design to interactive installations, gaining hands-on experience with different aspects of spatial design.

responsibilities:

- assist in concept development and brainstorming sessions, helping refine and execute design ideas

- create 2D and 3D renderings, mood boards, and material palettes to support the visual storytelling process

- help develop and organize floor plans, elevations, and models for both temporary and permanent spaces

- collaborate with external teams, including contractors, fabricators, and production partners, to ensure smooth execution and build quality

- provide on-the-ground support for project installations, site visits, and final walkthroughs as needed (limited travel required)

- contribute to internal presentations, taking feedback and applying changes to designs in a timely manner

qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in spatial design, architecture, interior design, or a related field, with a portfolio that shows you can execute clean, thoughtful design

- proficiency in design software like 3D Studio Max, Rhino, AutoCAD, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite, with a bonus if you’re familiar with Unreal Engine, Unity, TwinMotion

- ability to thrive in fast-paced environments where multiple projects are happening simultaneously, and you're comfortable juggling priorities

- excellent at taking direction and working collaboratively to complete time sensitive projects

- a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of spatial design, understanding how people move through and interact with environments
