As the world finally returned to in-person events, Bumble wanted to make a grand entrance with their first in-person event of the year. They decided to throw a holiday "Friendsgiving" mixer in Los Angeles and New York City to shine a spotlight on their BFF (just friends) product offering.

Together, we created a fun-filled event with delicious food, refreshing drinks, interactive activities, and surprise appearances by influencers — all aimed at sparking new and lasting friendships. We worked on everything from venue selection to event theming, and even handling on-site production and logistics. The event was a big success for the brand and attendees, who left with new memories and connections.

our task

We wanted to create a successful in-person event that would effectively raise brand awareness for Bumble’s BFF product offering. The goal would be to foster new friendships in a post-pandemic world.

To achieve this, we needed to design an event that felt intimate, allowed for personal connections, and provided authenic social sharing opportunities.

solution

We brought the "Friendsgiving" mixer to life in style! We worked together to pick the appropriate venues, create a fun and engaging atmosphere, and design authentic branding for social connections and sharing.

Together, we created multiple first-of-their kind events for Bumble and for attendees. Influencers amplified the experience through their respective networks — providing a global reach for the activation.
